LIFT STATIONS
TREATMENT PLANT FACILITIES
WATER STORAGE FACILITIES
All the wastewater in a service area that is flushed down a toilet or poured down a sink, shower or bathtub drain flows through a system of sewer pipes into a treatment facility. Treatment facilities receive and reclaim millions of gallons of wastewater daily. Residential customers produce about 80 percent of this wastewater the rest comes from other inflow sources such as rainwater infiltration and illegal service connections.
Biological treatment occurs when microorganisms absorb dissolved nutrients from the wastewater. The microorganisms then settle to the bottom of the tank where they are removed to the digester along with materials they removed from the water. The resulting sediment must be removed on a regular basis to keep the facility operating properly.
Source Point Solutions, LLC. provides a full line of cleaning and maintenance services for wastewater collection facilities from top cleaning to complete isolation and material removal of digesters and lift stations to debris removal from storm sewer basins and 24 hour emergency spill response.
Specialized combination pipe cleaning and vacuum trucks are used to collect and remove residual matter and debris transporting the collected material to the appropriate site for disposal.
