T-Liner® - Lateral Renewal
Much of a system's infiltration problem can be attributed to faulty private service line laterals. Sewer laterals have long been a challenge for system operators. Because they run beneath homeowner's property, as well as streets, resorting to typical dig-and-replace methods are becoming more and more undesirable. This need for an alternative repair solution lead Source Point Solutions, LLC. to license a unique CIPP inversion method which utilizes a saturated liner/bladder assembly making installations easier.
The T-Liner® lateral lining system from LMK Enterprises renews the mainline/lateral connection and up to 50' of the lateral pipe with an all-in-one liner that also provides a Verifiable Non-Leaking Connection (VNLC).
The T-Liner® system, consists of a full circle repair to the main pipe that extends 6 inches on either side of the lateral connection for a total of 16 inches in the mainline. A simultaneous inversion of the liner is performed in the lateral to a distance of up to 50 feet from the main. The best part is the entire operation is 100 percent trenchless and provides the crucial VNLC.
Source Point Solutions, LLC. is the licensed installer for the Performance Liner®, T-Liner®, and Vac-A-Tee products from LMK Enterprises, Inc. for the state of Texas. (www.performanceliner.com)
